It’s a really strange feeling, one I hardly can explain with words. When you listen to a song, any song that you like, and you travel back to the time it was created. You get into the climate of the specific time period and learn about everything. How people used to feel, react and dress.

During the 80’s the most most-listened bands in the history of the world were created. No doubts about that. Giving examples, would take years, and it would be bad to give examples, since you have to only say five or six names, and leave several other outside.

What made the 80’s such a “strange” and loved-hated period? Through a quick chat with “LuridShyGuy”, from “deviantART”, I realized that during the 80’s people actually FELT things. They had strong emotions, from which their whole life was hanging. They acted with their heart, no strings attached to the societies… “musts” and “rules”.

If you loved… you said “I love you”, without thinking about the reaction of the person you were talking to. The same went for “I hate you”, cause honesty was the main motto of the 80’s.

It’s really strange, yet nice, to know that you live in the 2000’s and you think like you grew up in the 80’s. What is it that makes the 80’s so different and adorable by people like… artists of nowadays and persons who just don’t feel like being a part of this period of time we live in?
